*One half of the rental fee is due at time of booking.  The remainder of the rental including taxes, cleaning fee (if applicable), security deposit, and pet fee (if applicable) are due 30 days prior to arrival date.  All monies collected are non-refundable.  If reservation is cancelled and property is re-rented, monies collected will be refunded minus $100 cancellation fee and
difference in re-rented rental rate.  Payments can be made via check or via PayPal. Checks need to be made to:

* On Season & Peak Season reservations (except for Easter, Memorial Day & Labor Day rentals) require a 1 week stay. 
Last minute shorter stay reservations during these times may be available upon request. 
Rentals during June, July & August are from Sunday to Sunday.  

* 2 nights minimum stay required.

Tax: 12.75%                                                        

Security Deposit: $500

Linens: Guest must bring their own sheets, towels (bath &
beach) & kitchen linens.  Linen rental services are available
on the island if desired. 

Departure Cleaning Service: Guests are asked to clean up themselves or pay a cleaning charge.  Cleaning list & supplies are
provided onsite.  If self cleaning is not sufficient and requires a cleaning service then the cleaning fee will be due immediately.
