Main House: 3 bedrooms (1 King bed in Master, 1 Queen bed in each of  the other 2 bedrooms), 2 baths, 55" Smart TV in den, 40" Flatscreen in Master bedroom, CCTV, DVD, DISH, Internet, Gas fireplace (seasonal), well-equipped kitchen, DW, MW, W/D, sunroom (sunroom is not heated or cooled), additional rectangular table & card table + 4 folding chairs onsite for extra seating/projects/puzzles, ceiling fans, books, games, puzzles, front porch with rocking chairs, backyard patio, enclosed outside shower, fenced-in backyard, easy beach access one block away, pier at the end of the street.   Note: No landline phone onsite.

Guest House: 1 bedroom (Queen), 1 bath (updated in 2026), 40" Flatscreen, DVD, DISH, kitchen, refrigerator, hot plate, coffee maker, blender, large toaster oven. 

Restrictions:
* Rentals to families and adults over 25.
* No house parties.
* No Smoking allowed in either house.
* No pets allowed without approval &

         paid pet fee.
